Selecting our properties
Initially, we’ll visit your home to check its suitability and suggest an investment plan if we think some work is needed. This could include interior design and furnishings, all of which we’ll manage. Our goal is to maximise returns for you and create a brilliant home for our renters.
Getting yours out there
Once you’re on our books, we’ll make sure your home is seen by the right people. We’ll take high quality photos and post on an extensive range of platforms such as Airbnb, Plum Guide and Booking.com. This means our individual properties are seen around 2,000 times a week.
